libgo5-dbg software package provides Runtime library for GNU Go applications (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgo5-dbg
libgo5-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgo5-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgo5-dbg *
You will get with libgo5-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
